1. Digital Products and Downloadable Content

All sales of digital products and downloadable content, including music albums and exclusive digital merchandise, are final. Due to the nature of digital products and the absence of piracy security, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital downloads. Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, it is considered non-refundable.

2. Physical Merchandise

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on physical merchandise unless the item you received is defective or damaged. Please review the following conditions for defective or damaged merchandise:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must provide proof of purchase and detailed photographs of the defect or damage. We will assess the issue and, if approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Return Shipping: In the case of defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved.

3. Non-Returnable Items

In addition to digital products and downloadable content, the following items are also non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or clearance merchandise
  • Personalized or custom-made products

4. How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@popetroy.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect or damage.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with further instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Return the Item: Pack the item securely and attach the provided shipping label. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies which is normally 2-3 days, as per consumers bank.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
